Horror oc/ Horror house: Dr.Scarface in anime

Sadly I couldn't make a scar so this is the closest thing I'm getting to her : ( but still she looks nice ^^ and if your wondering why it says Horror House also it that I'm making a thing called Horror House it's for different and unique Horror characters or oc's that I'll soon make so yeah I hope you'd like to see what happens ;3
